Ring in the Apocalypse!

Party like there’s no tomorrow—literally! Celebrate the foretold “end of times” on the eve of Thursday, December 20 in high post-apocalypse style with a bash for the ages at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center’s Ring In the Apocalypse party.

• Enjoy virtual immersion experiences of living in a world after the fall of man;

• Rock out to clips of doomsday film favorites set to live music by The People Brothers Band;

• Sip on local craft Ambergeddon brew, local wine and enjoy seasonal snacks;

• Give an apocalypse forecast and snap photos with costumes and props in the green screen studio;

• See views from space of the infrastructure humans will leave in space;

• Explore dramatic 360 degree footage of major sea level shifts on the giant Science On a Sphere;

• Learn what you can do to ensure a sustainable future with hands-on, interactive exhibits;

• Show off your best Apocalypse-survivor-chic/Zombie costume; and

• Test your fate with a special end-of-the-night surprise which will leave just one survivor…will it be you?

Apocalypse-survivor-chic/Zombie costumes encouraged.

Admission includes two drink tickets for beer or wine, entry into the survivor contest and appetizers.

For ages 21 and over. All proceeds support educational programs at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center.
